"Face Fitness Formula" by John Socratous - REVIEW

Have you ever caught sight of your profile and thought 'ugh!' I wish I could get rid of those chubby cheeks or double chin.

After all, your face is the part of your body that everyone sees, all the time, that 'introduces' you to the World.

So no matter how hard you've worked on your body, how beautiful your clothes or hair are, if you're not confident in your face then it can be a severe drawback.

The Face Fitness Formula program promises 'perfect cheekbones' just like those Hollywood stars.

Jon Socratous understands how jealous those with facial fat can feel every time they see *another* sexy face. 

And he promises that his program includes an 'unusual formula' to get a chiseled jawline and sexier-looking cheeks.

Results in four weeks or less, for $47.

The four week program is comprehensive and pans out as below:

In week one, you focus on cleansing your body of toxins and learn exercises to release stress from your body and face. In week two you address diet, plus more exercises for your jaw line and double chin. Week 3 looks at diet in depth and now the exercises are focused on your cheeks, and week four is where you learn how to tone and firm muscle groups in your face.

It's a comprehensive, detailed plan with milestones for every day.

And there are special tips such as foods you should never eat, common mistakes when trying to lose facial fat, plus the 'all-natural tricks that celebrities and supermodels use to define their cheekbones.'

(and no, it's not, apparently in the lighting and makeup...)

You'll also learn about how to eliminate water retention from your cheeks, chin and body. The package includes a downloadable DVD with over 2 hours of facial yoga training. Every exercise is demonstrated so you can be sure you are performing them correctly.

The website perfectcheekbones.com includes many positive endorsements of the program along with 'before and after' photographs.

'After using the Face Fitness Formula my friends were amazed at the difference, and I could hardly believe it either,' said one gentleman.

But what we really need to know is what the independent users of this system are saying.

And many of them say that there are simple facial exercises you can view and learn for free, if that is your chosen approach (puckering lips, pushing them to the right and then the left and holding, for example). 

(I am trying this right now and can feel that it stretches my neck, although not necessarily my chin).

And many people are adamant that, 'There is no way to get rid of fat cheeks. Thank your genetics for this.'

There's plenty of every day and very sensible advice about losing weight overall and also losing 'water weight.'

'Try exercising and sweating a lot,' said one forum user. 'You will reduce the water from your face.'

And another is blunter (in answer to a question over whether the Face Fitness Formula can really help get rid of fat cheeks).

'Lose 20 pounds,' he said. 'They'll be gone.'

I did find one positive, independent endorsement of the system. 'It's really interesting... you could learn a lot of facial exercises from it,' she said.

So if this is what you're looking for then you may find this product useful.

However I have to say that I remain unconvinced by the 'before and after' photographs on the website. The changes look more due to lighting and positioning then genuine reduction in facial fat.

As another commentator says. 'You need to burn off more calories than you consume if you’re going to reduce the amount of fat anywhere on your body.'

Either that or learn to love your chubby cheeks! And smile - smiling is sexy however your face is shaped.
