Ever heard of kettlebells?
Probably, by now.
Used in Russia for generations, the kettlebell 'revolution' is spreading.

There's no doubt that this piece of gym equipment has stood the test of time: versatile, portable, usable anywhere and effective. And Chris Lopez is the real deal.I would have like to find reviews of the eBook itself, however Chris Lopez's videos and demonstrations online evidence great knowledge, enthusiasm and expertise.
