Long before the creation of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin, this photo of a Shiba Inu took the internet by storm in 2013. The photo was originally posted in 2010 in a blog post by the owner of the dog, whose name is Kabosu. The image grew in popularity after it was posted on Reddit, which is where Kabosu got the nickname "doge" and comic sans words were added around her photos. Kabosu is now 15 years old and has a popular Instagram account.
